The wrap measures 15.3 x 9.8 in (39 x 25 cm) with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap, made to fit most adult ankles and feet.

Yes. The adjustable strap also wraps around the wrist.

Is it safe for me to use?

It is made for comfort and relaxation. Start on a low heat level, do not use it on broken or irritated skin or while sleeping, and ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, reduced sensation, or any medical condition.

How do I clean it?

It contains electronics and a battery, so never submerge it or put it in the washing machine. Wipe the fabric with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before use.
