Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories (such as the charging cable).

• You need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at ademllc7@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, because returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping

• Changed your mind: you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-returnable items

• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.

• Gift cards.
