Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during holidays, bad weather, or carrier delays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Tracking
You can follow your package with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after your order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at ademllc7@outlook.com with your order number. We will look into it and send a replacement or give you a refund if the package is lost.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to fix it. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
